United Trust Bank (UTB) has appointed Jack Heath as Business Development Manager (BDM) as it expands its bridging sales team to grow this part of the business.
Heath joins Knight Frank Finance where he worked for nearly four years as a real estate finance broker. There he served high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and corporate borrowers.
At UTB, he will support brokers in London and the South East. Heath will report to the bridge lender’s head of sales, Owen Bentley.
Bentley said, “Jack’s experience in the brokerage industry gives him valuable insight into the challenges facing brokers today and what they really want from their lending partners.
“His knowledge of a wide range of real estate financing options and value-added real estate development will be a great asset as we continue to make excellent progress in expanding our transition financing and non-renovation business. regulated.”
Bentley said the lender was still receiving many inquiries and dealing with a large number of transition and renovation cases.

Alternative Bridging Corporation Promotes Phodis Maratheftis to Director of Sales
Alternative Bridging Corporation promoted Phodis Maratheftis (Photo) head of sales, covering London and the South East.
Maratheftis joined the lender as a case manager in 2016, before being promoted to internal BDM and then to BDM.
He will now lead the Alternative Bridging Corporation commercial team in the regions he covers and will be responsible for implementing the lender’s strategy.
